Putt in the Park | Summer look

One of the best parts about living in London is that there's always something to do on your front door. And Putt in the Park is literally on my front door. Well over the road and a little walk through the part at least. So when the sun comes out, I will never say no to a little round of golf. Putt in the Park is a great little spot too, cute well kept courses and even a licensed bar. And who doesn't like a cheeky pimms while potting some balls eh?

Girls Weekend to Brighton | Part 1

When I say I'm a 'sometimes blogger' I'm not kidding. Literally, this post slash pictures are from back at the start of MAY! So all I can say is, I've been completely slacking but want to make up for it by posting about a girls trip I took to Brighton in May.

Must have Mules for under £30

I love this time of year, the sun is starting to visit more often, the smell of cut grass and the start of Spring trends. From pretty pinks, ruffle sleeves and bomber jackets, for me, I'm totally obsessed with mules! Or slip-ons - if you prefer. From smart the casual here's my top picks all under £30! Can you believe it?!

Glimpses of Spring

Glorious sunshine means the sunnies are out, and gorgeous light for taking FAR too many photos! We spent last weekend relaxing in the sun at a cute little place down by the river, check out my last post if you want to hear more about that. I love this time of year, little glimpses of spring brings me so much joy. Not to mention coming home from work when it's still light outside is a total dream after long months of dark winter days.

February Sunshine

Happy Saturday everyone. That day that brings so much joy to all, and recently a whole lot of spring sunshine. Here's a few pictures from last weekend where me and hubby escaped to this little Italian place over by the river in Wandsworth. The place is called Marco Polo, I highly recommend you check it out if you're looking for somewhere quite and out of the way.

We still needed a couple of layers but happily spent all afternoon sat out on the terrace soaking up the sun. And drinking one too many G&Ts...

Feeling Grey

// It's easy to feel a bit grey with this kind of weather. London is so cold and frosty, all I want to do is drink my weight in hot tea, cuddle in front of the fire all bundled up. But if I must venture outside, then it's grey all the way.

How to Find New Blogging Motivation

// Does blogging ever make you feel like you're on an island? You're sat there pouring your creativity and ideas into your your blog, you're pouring your soul into a little window on your computer screen all to be left feeling alone. The sea around you is full of millions of other perfect bloggers doing better than you, getting more opportunities than you and you can't figure out why. Do you often feel like you're going at it alone, losing momentum, draining yourself of passion? And for what?

// When you work from home a lot, your desk space is so important. Even if you don't work from home, your desk space is still important. Nothing makes me feel more productive than a pretty space to work, blog and hustle. I spend hours pinning and lusting after beautiful office spaces, I've got a pretty good idea of the kind of space I'd like to create once we move (hopefully soon). Here's my current list for my home work space.

Instagram Accounts You Should Be Following

// I've been without my phone for almost a week now. While it's a great New Year detox, it's starting to get to me. I'm normally an Instagram addict. I run two accounts personally, one being my business account, the other being my personal/blog account. I love to spend time scrolling and picking up style and business tips. I know you're probably as hooked as I am, so here's a few of my favourite accounts.

Daily Bible Plans for Women

Daily Bible Plans for Women

// At the top of the year we all try to refocus our lives and our minds. You may have even worked on your own #goals plan for 2017. I wrote in a recent post, New Year, Same Me, about the smaller things I was going to endeavour to do to improve my daily life. One of those goals was to set aside 10 mins each day to meditate on the Bible. I find that finding that time daily enriches my life in ways that nothing else can, but so often, I just don't get round to it. In order to ensure I stay on track, I've researched and found some really awesome reading plans which I wanted to share in the hope that they might bless and enrich your life also.

Wonderland with Olivia Burton

The top of my wish list this year was a new timepiece. I still love my Michael Kors piece, but I was after something a little more simple and elegant. A piece that works with every outfit and suitable for everyday wear. If you follow me on Instagram, you'll know that's exactly what Santa brought me.

New Year. Same Me.

New year, New me. Sound familiar? At the turn of the every New Year people start making New Years resolutions to change themselves and make this year their best. Whereas these bold statements are great motivators, and I'm a firm believer in self improvement, I feel this might be a better way to start your year.  New Year. Same Me.
