For me, nothing beats a person health day. A day when the clock stops, and the diary is cleared. I like to make the most of days like these, after the mandatory lie in. I got my but out of bed just before mid-day and headed to the gym. When I ticked work-out butt - unfortunately I can never pull off the 'I just worked out and still look like a Goddess' - look, but I'm working on it. 

We then look these little monsters for a walk in the woods in the evening sun. Sometimes it you need to take a moment, to stop and breathe, before you notice the beauty that's all around you.

It's easy to be distracted by life, to get stressed and worn out trying to reach your goals. Maybe a change of perspective, a shift in focus, that makes all the difference. Admire the process, live for the adventures, take the longer trails - because the destination isn't worth missing the journey! 

And at the end of the day - always a cup of TinyTea <3
