Post work out snack

As you may of noticed, Ive been a little MIA recently. This is because i have now moved put of Oxford and settling in to city life in London. Living so close to the river, I've been taking full advantage of the walk ways and running again. I love running along watching the rowers on the river and enjoying the evening sun. So I figured I would just post this little update and share with you  The perfect post work out snack, that I'm enjoying as I write this. Raw carrot batons and Moroccan topped humous. Yum.
